Notary Public Notary Public Services Notarization is capped by the State of Georgia at $2 per notarial act (stamp). 

Military and Veterans (with valid military or veteran status identification) receive a discounted notarization at $1. 

Travel and waiting fees are billed separate and are listed below. 

Base Travel Fee $20-50 

Smyrna, Austell –  $20  

Powder Springs, Acworth, Kennesaw, Atlanta, East Point, College Park, Hapeville, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Fairburn, Marietta  – $30  

Palmetto, South Fulton, Union City, Milton, Douglasville –  $40  

Johns Creek, Palmetto, Chattahoochee Hills – $50    

Other cities not listed will be considered for a mutually agreed-upon travel fee  

After-Hours Travel Fee $10 

There is an additional $10 charge applied to travel fee, for appointments that take place after 8p ET  

Holiday Travel Fee $10 

There is an additional $10 charge applied to travel fee for appointments needed on any Federal Holiday.   

Hospital/Hospice/Assisted Living Appointment Fee* $15 

Travel Fee plus $15 after first hour

I-9 Verification Form $10

Travel Fee plus $10 per employee, as I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Georgia fee statute. A Notary Public serves as an authorized representative and to verify identification. 

Witness Fee $15

Travel Fee plus $15 per witness if provided by Harry Signature Services. You may provide a witness on your own at no additional charge as long as the witness meets the criteria per the State of Georgia and has valid identification.

Administering Oaths & Affirmations$15

Travel Fee plus $15 each additional hour until dismissed by the Judge.
